Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Please rest assured we will use common sense and be understanding when conflicts arise. However, it is our desire to be fair to all clients so we ask you observe and honor the following policies:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment they may badly need. With less than 24 hours advance notification, the following will be honored:

1st time: No charge, we understand things happen
2nd time: You will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
3rd time: You will be charged 75% of the cost of your missed appointment and online booking privileges will be revoked for 30 days. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without contacting us for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
We understand that pregnancy and babies can often present challenges that allow punctuality to suffer! We will always strive our best to accommodate you whenever possible. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect to others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your provider will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of consideration to the service provider and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time or better yet, try to arrive early to go to the bathroom, nurse, or settle kids in the play area.
